We do not always realize it and unfortunately that’s when we lose health that we realize the worth of a healthy life.
Both physical and mental, a good health is a guarantee of happiness and it is more precious than any good on Earth. Disease is a factor of destruction and a healthy life means to live without destruction in his own life.
WHEN WE HAVE HEALTH, WE MUST CHERISH IT and SEEK TO PRESERVE IT
Preserve life and health in the long run requires sometimes some efforts and especially to shun everything that could damage it.
All senseless, risky or extreme behaviors should be avoided. All substances that could harm it as well.
To stay healthy, the fact is to have foresight and common sense, to be reasonable and smart (because smartness makes you avoid evil)
We must take care of our own health as the apple of our eyes.

This sharing can be done through various contributions. A simple but a very useful deed (for those who do not have cons-indications) is to donate blood for example, or you can get involved time to time (you are free to choose the fervor of your commitment) to a fight against a scourge or a disease that makes you sensitive.
The choice of a problem that could touch you is vast.
Oftenly, we spend time in activities that are finally not edifying or we simply stay at home doing nothing.
However, giving 30 minutes or 1 hour per week, per month or even per quarter, can change a lot of things for others.
Having a participation makes one’s contribution and drives to change for a better world.
Giving some love costs a few and it brings so much, because Love is the key of the blossoming of Human.
